Dr. Thomas S. Maple has been a licensed psychologist for the past 25 years, practicing as a senior clinician in the public and private sectors. He currently manages Crosswalk Psychological Services, a Christ-centered private practice that provides telepsychology sessions into 29 states, including Florida, where he holds a psychologist license.
Through professional, administrative, and faculty positions, Dr. Maple has served Auburn University, East Carolina University, Faulkner University, The Florida State University, and The University of Georgia. Dr. Maple earned the Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy from Auburn University. His work in professional organizations has included serving on the board of the Alabama Psychological Association as chair of the Ethics Committee and as Chair of the Academic and Scientific Affairs Committee. He also served for several years on the Obesity Task Force of the Alabama Department of Public Health.
In addition to his clinical practice, he enjoys delivering psychoeducational seminars on-site or through teleconference. He is the author and presenter of the transformative half-day seminar The Psychology to Lead.
