My name is Michael Thomas. I am a father, a veteran, a Nurse, and now a business owner. I served as a nurse first as a combat medic in the United States Army. When my time was up, I came back to Orlando and began working in local blood banks, and phlebotomy jobs at Advent health. I went back to school in 2013 to get my nursing license back again. For the last 20 years I have specialized in caring for our legacy adults in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.2016, my wife and I got licensed and started Essential Companion Services LLC. We send caregivers to assist our clients at home. After a few years we grew into a Nurse Registry.

We connect families with experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are committed to helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to deliver personalized care solutions that promote health, safety, and peace of mind for every client and family we serve.

As a Christian business, we show the love and light of Our savior, Jesus Christ to our families and patients. Ecs Community Outreach Inc. Is the non profit arm that works with local partners to bring care to needy persons who cannot afford it. We also have mentoring program and training for jobs program.
