About

ICHCare Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building stronger communities through health, workforce development, and opportunity. We connect compassionate community health initiatives with education, skills training, career readiness, and pathways to economic mobility.

Through the ICHCare Workforce Training Center (IWTC), we are expanding access to affordable, career-focused education for individuals seeking meaningful employment and advancement. Our first program, the Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care Program, provides classroom, hands-on skills laboratory, and supervised clinical training to prepare students for the Florida CNA certification exam and entry-level healthcare careers.

Youth and community engagement are central to our work. Through initiatives such as our successful inaugural Triple-H 5K, Heart, Health & Hope, we bring together health awareness, community service, and meaningful opportunities for young people to participate, serve, develop leadership skills, and gain exposure to future career pathways.
